Customers rent the dumpster; you bring the muscle. Set your own rate, choose your jobs and get paid through Stripe after every job, with no signup or monthly fee.
Create your loader account and choose Individual Helper or Business.
Set your own whole-crew hourly rate, crew size, minimum hours and how far you’ll travel. Add any equipment you bring (dolly, straps, shovels and more), free or with your own price.
Sign the Loader Agreement, connect your bank through Stripe for payouts, and businesses upload their insurance certificate (checked automatically in about a minute).
Optional: background checks raise your level. Higher levels are listed first.

Get Requests Near You
Customers who have rented a dumpster find you by address and send their job: what needs loading, stairs and carry distance, photos and their preferred date.
You get an email and a red number on your Jobs tab. If you already have a job that day, you’ll see a double-booking warning.
3
Send a Quote
Quote the hours, a morning or afternoon arrival, any equipment and extra items, plus a note. Questions first? Message the customer on the site.
Customer contact details stay hidden until they pay, so keep everything on Dumpster Helpers.
Quotes expire if unpaid after 48 hours or by the start of the job day, so your day isn’t held forever. You can send a new quote anytime after.
4
The Customer Books and Pays
Payment is collected up front and held securely. You then see the address, phone and access notes.
Need a different day? Either side can request a reschedule, free, and it never counts against you.
5
Job Day
Tap On My Way when you head out. Live location sharing is required, and the customer sees your trip on a map. Mount your phone and keep the page open.
Check in at the address. It’s verified by GPS within 300 feet.
Take before photos of the dumpster and job area, load it up, then take after photos.
Jobs are billed by time on site, from check-in to Mark Complete, rounded up to the next hour after a 10-minute grace period. Run over and the extra hours are billed to the customer automatically; finish early and they’re refunded the unused hours. Need extra items? Send a change request. Never collect cash on the side.
Mark the job complete. Before you leave, ask the customer to tap Confirm Job Completed in their account.
6
Get Paid
Once the customer confirms, your 85% share goes to your bank through Stripe. Tips are 100% yours.
If they haven’t confirmed, send a confirmation reminder from the job, or tap Contact Support and we’ll follow up.
Rules That Protect You and Your Customers
Cancellations
Canceling a paid job refunds the customer in full and counts against you. So does a customer canceling because you tapped On My Way but didn’t check in within 2 hours (or an hour past your arrival estimate). 3 within 90 days pauses your listing.
Customer no-shows
If you check in and, after waiting an hour, the customer isn’t there or the job can’t be done (no dumpster, no access), report a no-show from the job. The no-show fee is 30% of the booking, capped at two crew-hours, and you get half; the customer is refunded the rest.
Reviews
Customers rate you after each completed job and can update their review for 90 days, so making things right can turn a rating around.
Problems
If a customer reports a problem, the payment is held while we review it. Your before and after photos and the job messages help settle it.
