How It Works for Loaders
Apply Free
Add your business, crew size, hourly rate and travel radius. Upload your insurance and set up payouts.
Get Requests
Customers near you send job details. You accept with an hour estimate and arrival window, or decline.
Load and Get Paid
The customer pays up front. Once they confirm the job is done, your share goes to your bank.
What You Keep
You set the price. The marketplace keeps 15% of each completed job to cover finding customers, payments and support.
| Example Job | Customer Pays | Marketplace Fee (15%) | You Keep (85%) |
|---|---|---|---|
| $100/hour crew, 1 hour | $100 | $15 | $85 |
| $100/hour crew, 3 hours | $300 | $45 | $255 |
| $150/hour crew, 4 hours | $600 | $90 | $510 |
Amounts are before your own taxes. Tips go to you in full. If a customer cancels on the day of the job, you get 85% of a one-crew-hour late fee.

Loader FAQ
How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. There’s no signup or monthly fee. The marketplace keeps 15% of each completed job, and you keep 85%. Tips are 100% yours.
How and when do I get paid?
Customers pay through the site when they book. We hold the payment until the customer confirms the job is done, then your 85% share is sent to your bank through Stripe.
Do I need my own insurance?
Yes. You need general liability insurance in your business’s legal name. Upload your certificate and it’s usually checked automatically in about a minute. We remind you before it expires, and your listing is hidden if it lapses.
Do I need a background check?
No. The business owner signs a statement that they and their crew have no felony convictions, and Stripe verifies the owner’s identity during payout setup. Background checks are optional; crews that pass them earn the Trusted Provider badge.
Do I haul or dump anything?
No. You load the customer’s rented dumpster. The dumpster company hauls it away and handles disposal, unless you and the customer agree on something extra.
Can I choose which jobs I take?
Yes. You see the job details first and accept or decline each request. You set your own rate, crew size, minimum hours and how far you’ll travel.
What if I have to cancel a job?
Declining or withdrawing before the customer pays is free. If you cancel a paid job, the customer is refunded in full, and 3 paid-job cancellations within 90 days pause your listing. Rescheduling with the customer doesn’t count against you.
