How Dumpster Helpers Works

For Customers

You arrange your dumpster. Enter the job address and we show approved, independent loading companies whose travel radius covers it, closest first. Compare each crew’s whole-crew hourly rate, number of loaders and minimum hours, and sort by distance, price or rating. Distances are approximate straight-line miles, not driving distance.

Confirm the materials, access, stairs, heavy items, date and expected hours with the crew. Loading does not include dumpster rental, hauling, disposal or demolition work unless separately agreed.

During early access, you can select a crew and send them your job details, or save a request for your area. Scheduling, online booking and payment are not available yet.

For Loaders

Create a company profile, set your own whole-crew rate, crew size and minimum hours, and choose how far you’ll travel from a private base location that customers never see. You choose whether to accept jobs and how to perform the agreed loading service.

The proposed fee is 15% of completed service charges, with no signup or monthly marketplace fee. For example, on a $300 job the marketplace fee is $45 and your share is $255, before payment processing costs and taxes.

Profiles stay pending until the owner signs our owner statement, uploads approved general liability insurance, completes payout setup (where Stripe verifies the owner’s identity) and passes marketplace review. Crews can also choose to have every member background checked to earn the Trusted Provider badge. Local benchmarks use actual approved crew listings and show the sample size.

Payments, Reviews and Screening

Customers pay through the site with Stripe after a crew accepts. The payment is held until the customer confirms the job is done, then the crew’s 85% share is released. Crews see the customer’s contact details and address only after payment. Every listed business owner is identity-verified through Stripe, carries approved general liability insurance, and states that they and their crew have no felony convictions. Crews marked Trusted Provider have also had every listed crew member pass a background check through Checkr.

Ratings will come only from customers whose jobs were completed through the marketplace; until then, crews show “No Reviews Yet.” Verification, insurance and background checks don’t guarantee safety or service quality. Background checks are run with each person’s consent through Checkr, which handles disclosures and disputes.
