Privacy Policy

What We Collect

• Account: your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your email address and a Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password, contacts, files or any other Google data.
• Customers: job details, preferred date, phone number and the job address you choose to share with a crew.
• Loaders: business and legal name, phone, crew details, rates, travel radius, and a base address that we convert to approximate coordinates. Loaders also upload an insurance certificate.
• Address search: addresses you type are sent to Google Maps (address suggestions, with an OpenStreetMap-based backup) and the U.S. Census Bureau to find the location. We don’t save customer search addresses.

How We Use It

• To sign you in, match customers with nearby crews, and share job details and contact information with the crew a customer chooses, only after payment.
• To review loader applications. Insurance certificates may be read by an automated service (Anthropic’s Claude API) to check the insured name, policy number and dates.
• To send account emails such as sign-in codes, insurance reminders and job updates (through Resend).

Service Providers

We use Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage), Resend (email), Stripe (payments and payouts, which collects identity and bank details directly), Checkr (optional background checks, with your consent), Google (optional sign-in and address suggestions) and Anthropic (automated certificate checks). They process data only to provide these services.

What We Don’t Do

We don’t sell your personal information or use Google sign-in data for advertising. Customer contact details and exact addresses aren’t shown in search results.

Keeping and Deleting Data

We keep account and job records while your account is active and as needed for payments, disputes, taxes and legal obligations. To delete your account or get a copy of your data, email us from the address on your account.

Security

Sign-in codes and session tokens are stored only in hashed form, insurance files are kept in private storage, and all traffic uses HTTPS.
